400-500K for a KB home! Wow! Nice lot size, but with the constant sound of the rumble of 540, flight path to terminal A and power lines plus about 50-75K for options, you are better off getting a custom builder.
We are current SoCal residents looking to possibly relocate to the Durham/Raleigh area. Being obsessive, I have compiled some of the area's housing developments in the hopes that we can find the perfect home for us and save some of you the headache of searching, too! Well, I'm hearing a lot about KB Home and even though there are some issues happened, I still see KB Home as a trustworthy and reliable home builder.
